Job summary

Acme Hospitality Group is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and help ensure a smooth, efficient bar operation. You will assist with setup, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, inviting drink station to enhance guest experiences.

The role requires stacking knowledge of bar operations, strong multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evenings and weekends. RBS certification is preferred and helpful for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in setting up the bar for service and restocking supplies.
• Keep the bar area clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.
• Restock liquor, mixers, ice, and garnishes as needed.
• Wash and polish glassware and bar tools for immediate use.
• Collaborate with bartenders to fulfill drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Support in closing procedures and secure bar equipment.
