Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Bar Back to support the bartending team and keep the bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready. You’ll assist with service, restocking, glassware care, and sanitation, helping ensure a smooth operation during busy shifts.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. This is a non-exempt role with overtime eligibility and opportunities for advancement within CRG’s growing group of restaurants.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/bar/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Bar maintenance: keep bar and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies; rotate stock as needed.
• Assist bartenders with service and running drinks to guests.
• Monitor glassware levels and communicate inventory needs.
• Handle glassware and dish management; transport and return items.
• Clean, mop floors, and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Interact with guests professionally and support the team for smooth operations.
