We are in search of passionate personalities to become the face of The Adolphus hotel’s iconic Rodeo Bar. This joint first opened in 1981 and served Dallasites and visitors for nearly four decades. We are now re-opening the Rodeo bar with a new menu, new vibe and back room for private gatherings while honoring the heart and soul of the original concept : “Texas grit and authenticity.
