Job summary

Topgolf is hiring for an hourly Bar Back role in a fast-paced entertainment venue in Birmingham, AL. You will support bartenders, maintain stocked bar supplies, keep the area clean, and help deliver a fun, safe player experience.

Candidates should have a positive attitude, a team mindset, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Prior hospitality or entertainment exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Role and Interaction with Players: Support bartenders to keep energy high and drinks flowing.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; clean glassware and utensils.
• Be a team player with bartenders and playmakers to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean and compliant.
