Job summary

Topgolf is hiring Bar Back roles to support bartenders and help deliver a fun, high-energy experience for Players. This tipped, hourly position offers day, night, and weekend shifts at our El Segundo location.

You’ll keep the bar stocked, assist with drink flow, collaborate with the team, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential; hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a collaborative, one team mindset.
• Player focus and the ability to stay calm in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Must be at least the legal serving age where required and hold any required certifications as dictated by law.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by ensuring they have what they need to maintain energy and flow of drinks.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice; maintain a clean, organized area.
• Collaborate with bartenders and Playmakers to keep service efficient and memorable.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards for a safe, clean environment.
• Model Topgolf values to ensure an exceptional experience for players and colleagues.
