Job summary

Mainsail is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals for two Part-Time Bar Back positions at the Trilith Guesthouse in Fayetteville, GA. You will support bartenders, stock and rotate beverage items, and maintain a clean, organized bar area to enhance guest service.

We value a high school diploma or equivalent, restaurant or bar experience, knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Knowledge and experience with beer, wine, and liquor.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience working on a team in hospitality.
• Ability to use technology (computers, tablets, POS).
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner.
• Prepare beverage garnishes and mixes.
• Stock and rotate beer, liquor, wine, and consumables.
• Clean glasses, utensils, tools, and bar equipment.
• Deliver food from kitchen to bar as needed for timely service.
• Share menu knowledge with guests (ingredients, prep, prices).
• Maintain par levels for beverages and consumables.
• Assist in receiving and stocking bar items.
• Keep bar, cooler, and storage area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

What you have

What you'll do

• Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner
• Prepare beverage garnishes and mixes
• Ensure proper stocking and rotation of beer, liquor, wine, and consumable items
• Clean glasses, utensils, tools, and other bar equipment
• Run food from kitchen to bar and bar area to ensure guests receive their food in a timely manner
• Provide guests with menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation , and prices
• Maintain opening and closing par levels for beer, wine, liquor, and consumables
• Assist in the receiving and unloading of bar items . Ensure proper stocking
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, cooler, and bar storage area
• Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned by the manager
