• We are hiring immediately for on-call BAR BACK positions.
• Location: Hollywood Dolby - 6801 Hollywood Boulevard, Suite 513, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: On-call schedule; Monday through Sunday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior bar back experience is required.
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes the bar accordingly.

Essential Duties:

• Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms; deliver to bar.
• Set up bottles on the bar, ensuring top-shelf liquor is on the back shelf.
• Check beer taps for proper operation.
• Stock bar snacks and supplies throughout shift.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
• Buses tables and maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
• Remove rubbish and prepare beverages to assist bartenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
