Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed, and replenishes the bar accordingly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms and deliver to bar.
2. Set up bottles, ensuring 'top shelf' liquors are on the back shelf.
3. Ensure beer taps function properly.
4. Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies.
5. Assist with opening and closing side work.
6. Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
7. Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors under equipment.
8. Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
9. Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
