Job summary

Station Casinos LLC is seeking a Bar Back for the Oasis location at Durango in Las Vegas, NV. This part-time role supports the Bartender, keeps the bar stocked and guest-ready, and contributes to a high-quality guest experience in a luxury hospitality setting.

You’ll be handling beverage components, garnishes, and maintaining cleanliness across bar equipment and display areas while upholding the company’s service standards.

• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with and assist the Bartender to ensure guests' satisfaction and comfort, while keeping the bar clean, organized and stocked.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice and related products; prepare in-house beverage components and garnishes as needed.
• Keep glass washer, ice machine, margarita machine, pouring guns and trays clean; wipe down coolers, back bar, front bar surfaces and display areas.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

Working directly with and assisting the Bartender to assure guests' satisfaction and comfort, while maintaining a clean, organized and well-stocked bar.

Maintaining a well-stocked bar including condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice and other related products. Preparing in house beverage components, batch beverage recipes and fresh garnish based on the daily needs of the location.

Maintaining the cleanliness of glass washer, ice machine, margarita machine, pouring guns and holders, and drip trays. Cleaning all coolers, as well as the back bar and front bar surfaces and display areas. Cleaning and wiping all display bottles, Point of Sale displays and any other items on surfaces in view of the internal or external guest.
