Job summary

Station Casinos LLC in Las Vegas is seeking hospitality professionals to deliver service with a personal touch at our Durango destination. You will help create a welcome, approachable atmosphere and a memorable guest experience.

You will prepare food service and extensive beverage and entertainment flair across outlets such as bar, lounge, gaming and dining, while maintaining health standards and a safe work environment. You will also develop guest relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• One (1) + year of previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast–paced entertainment environment.
• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

• Prepare food service and extensive beverage and entertainment flair for the assigned outlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe work environment.
• Develop new clientele, establish rapport with existing clientele, and increase repeat business opportunities.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Preparing food service and extensive beverage and entertainment/flair for the assigned outlet which may include bar, lounge, gaming and dining areas while maintaining proper health standards and a safe work environment.
• Responsible for developing new clientele, establishing a rapport with existing clientele, and increasing repeat business opportunities.
• Knowledgeable of all outlet food and beverage menus including glossary of terms, proper portion control, preparation and ingredients of all menu items, daily special sand pricing.
