Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a Hotel Celare Bar Back to support our restaurant and bar team in Cincinnati, OH. This role supports bartenders, maintains bar area cleanliness, stocks wares, and assists with food service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner.

The position requires flexible scheduling, strong communication with management and staff, and a basic understanding of food safety. Prior experience in hospitality and ServSafe training are a plus, with a bilingual English/Spanish being

Qualifications

• Experience in Restaurant/F&B preferred.
• Able to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality according to hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Maintains and abides by standard procedures for operations and safe working conditions in the department.
• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
