Job summary

LaunchPad Golf invites applications for a Bar Back to support our bartending team across golf suites, dining room, and event spaces. You will stock supplies, clean glasses and equipment, and maintain an organized bar area to ensure smooth service during peak times.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, able to lift 45 lbs, and willing to work nights and weekends. Weekly pay, on-site clinics, and medical benefits are offered where available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Ability to perform cash handling procedures.
• Ability to learn drink preparations and Alcohol Awareness procedures.
• Ability to work a varying schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Stands/walks 98% of the time.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock supplies and inventory for the bar to support efficient service.
• Rotate beer and stock reach-in refrigerators.
• Wash and stock glassware.
• Prep, maintain, and stock garnishes.
• Keep the bar area clean and sanitary; replace mats, sweep floors, wipe bottles and spouts.
• Maintain and fill ice bins.
• Assist Bartender with preparation, service, and maintenance as needed.
• Stock self-serve beverage stations and assist guests.
• Get to know guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Know all food and beverage items to offer recommendations.
