Job summary

Topgolf in Oxon Hill, MD is seeking a part-time Bar Back to keep the bar stocked and running smoothly during busy events. You will assist with stocking, glassware, and cleaning, while delivering friendly service to guests in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

• Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning.
• Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
