Job summary

Topgolf in the United States is hiring a Bar Back to support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and ensure a fun, safe environment for Players. You’ll help maintain energy, cleanliness, and quick drink service while thriving in a high-volume, entertaining setting.

The role is hourly with flexible day, night and weekend shifts. Prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, and you’ll join a team that values Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

Responsibilities

• Role and Interaction with Players: Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players!
• Key Aspect of the Role: Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils—and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat!
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences!
