Job summary

Topgolf Oxon Hill is seeking a bar team member to ensure the bar area is stocked, cleaned, and ready to serve guests. You will handle glassware, restock supplies, and maintain a fast, friendly service flow in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities emphasize guest satisfaction, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and teamwork to keep service smooth during peak hours. Prior bar experience is welcome but not required, with legal drinking age compliance a must.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning.
• Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
