Responsibilities

• Receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and as needed; replenish bar items and garnishes in the bar area.
• Set up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf and maintain proper organization.
• Place appropriate bar snacks on counter and keep supplies stocked (snacks, napkins) throughout shift.
• Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned and bus tables in the bar area.
• Help ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and lounge areas; wash tables, walls, refrigerators and floors.
• Ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles and prepare/serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
