Responsibilities

• Maintain bar service area stocked and organized.
• Communicate with bartenders throughout the shift.
• Be on time and ready for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with staff and guests.
• Keep the restaurant service area clean and orderly.
• Follow directions from supervisors and other managers.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and safety practices.
