Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants in Youngstown, OH is seeking a dedicated Busser/Janitor to clean and maintain the restaurant, uphold pride and high cleanliness standards, and support opening and closing duties.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to uniform standards, safety and sanitation requirements, and collaborate with teammates. Prior bar-back experience is helpful; orientation and HOH training are required before shifts. You will train on tablets or computer as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Back.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures.
• Willingness to train on HOH policies and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards.
• Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Train using tablets or computer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including restocking the bar and cleaning areas.
