Job Summary

Provide friendly, engaging, and superior service to guests. Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the bar area. Assist bartenders and cocktail servers, and support team members with various duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, providing superior service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
• Know menu items thoroughly and suggestively sell to guests.
• Set up and break down the service station at shifts.
• Clean and maintain the bar and lounge areas and assist in maintaining the restaurant's presentation.
• Restock bar supplies and manage beverage inventory.
• Prepare garnishes and cut fruit as needed.
• Deliver food to tables, announcing each item.
• Bus tables as necessary and perform side work.
• Maintain sanitation standards by emptying trash cans.
• Adhere to all departmental and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience as an Apprentice Bartender or Barback preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests to meet their needs.
