We are a small family-owned bar and kitchen that has been growing quite quickly.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Bar Back at Fireplace Bar located in West St. Louis County, MO. The Bar Back will be responsible for assisting with stocking the bar, ensuring cleanliness and organization, supporting bartenders, and providing excellent customer service. This position is mainly on Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm to approximately 2:00 am.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service is a plus
• Training in bar service is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Must be at least 21 years of age
