Job summary

F1 Arcade USA in Philadelphia is seeking a Barback to support our fast-paced bar operations. You will help set up and break down the bar, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, inviting space for guests across eventful nights and busy weekends.

The role emphasizes teamwork and independent task execution, with opportunities to grow within a vibrant hospitality and gaming-focused environment. Prior bar or hospitality experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments is preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team and also independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management when supplies are low.

We’re looking for a Barback to join our team at our Philadelphia location.

Key Responsibilities of the Barback:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the Bar Manager when supplies are low.
• Follow all hygiene & safety, procedures ensuring safe handling of alcohol and bar equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment for our guests.
• Specific qualifications relevant to the role

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

• Working in a fast-paced guest facing environment, preferably within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Working as part of a wider team, but carrying out tasks individually.
