Job summary

The Royal Palm South Beach Miami, reopened in 2026 after a major renovation, invites a Barback to join the on-site bar team. You’ll support bartenders, ensure glassware, garnishes, and ingredients are stocked, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a premium hospitality setting.

Bring a strong work ethic and a customer-focused attitude. Prior bar experience is a plus but not required; there are opportunities to grow in mixology and hospitality within a luxury brand.
