Job summary

Royal Palm South Beach Miami is seeking an outgoing Bartender to join our team. You will craft and serve a variety of drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a memorable guest experience with a passion for mixology.

The ideal candidate should have a year of bartending experience, fluency in English, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment at a premier beachfront property managed by Davidson Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Display knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
