The Role

As a Beverage Barback, you will be responsible for cleaning and stocking public and/or service bars, ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and supplies to serve guests.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere embodying Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy
• Promote Bally’s customer-centric culture and build guest relations
• Stock beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer, and other beverages
• Monitor pump room
• Wash glasses, bar, and equipment; polish fixtures
• Restock bar snacks
• Clean bar area including floors, counters, and surfaces
• Remove empty bottles and trash
• Assist with cleanliness of casino property Front and Heart of House
• Perform tasks in accordance with policies and guest service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months or more related experience
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
