Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:
As a Beverage Barback, you will be cleaning and stocking public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
2. Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
3. Stocking beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer and other beverages
4. Monitoring pump room
5. Washing glasses, bar, and equipment and polishing bar fixtures
6. Restocking bar snacks
7. Cleaning bar area including floors, counters and other surfaces
8. Removing empty bottles and trash
9. Assisting with the cleanliness of the casino property Front and Heart of House
10. Performing all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
3. Must have high school diploma or equivalent
4. Must have six months or more related experience
5. Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
