Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an energetic bartender/bar back to maintain a stocked bar and deliver exceptional guest service on a fast-paced shift in Burlingame, CA. You will ensure timely replenishment of supplies, uphold cleanliness, and assist guests with requests while following safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication to thrive in a dynamic environment at Topgolf. Must be of legal drinking age and able to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age (21+).

Responsibilities

• Ensure bar area is stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles for cleaning.
• Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

• Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
