Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking an entry-level Beverage/Bartender support team member. You will help bartenders with prep, restocking, glassware care, and guest-friendly service, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

You will also assist in describing menu items and preparing simple non-alcoholic beverages. The role requires clear English communication, a clean appearance, and adherence to safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to follow safety and health procedures and hotel policies.
• Flexible, able to work with a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Support bartenders with pre-shift prep and post-shift close.
• Maintain clean, hygienic bar area; stock supplies and glassware.
• Assist with stocking liquor per guidelines and menu knowledge.
• Explain basic food and beverage details to guests during service.
• Prepare basic non-alcoholic beverages and assist in bar organization.
