Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Assistant – Bar Compliance in Washington, D.C. to support the global bar admissions program. The role reports to the OGC Supervisor – Bar Compliance and offers a hybrid schedule with in-office presence.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of bar compliance experience in a law or professional services firm, with strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the firm’s bar admissions database.
• Verify attorney bar credentials and track admission progress.
• Compile and maintain global bar admissions statistics and related reports.
• Assist with bar admissions projects and communications to attorneys and teams.
