Job summary

The Citizen Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sacramento seeks a Banquet Server to bring energy and hospitality to events, creating memorable guest experiences.

You will greet guests, assist teammates, and ensure seamless service from setup to wrap-up, while maintaining attention to detail and timeliness. Prior banquet or hotel experience plus applicable certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with hotel or banquet experience.
• Banquet service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency Enthusiast: Keep the party moving by managing your time like a pro, delivering speedy service from setup to closing curtain.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.
• Prior experience in banquet service or hospitality is preferred.
• Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling, as required by state regulations.
