Job Summary

You will be an integral part of the team by consistently providing meeting products to the property’s clients, focusing on proper meeting set-ups, break downs, and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Review the Banquet Event Order, assignment sheet, and diagrams to determine function requirements (table, chairs, linen, place settings).
• Set, stock, and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring the event exceeds guest expectations while protecting company assets, storage areas, and equipment.
• Complete cleaning inspections for each meeting room and assigned area, including breakdown of event space.
• Report guest request changes to the F&B Manager to ensure quality communication.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure excellent guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workspaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Perform tasks such as cleaning, organizing, setting up and breaking down tables and chairs, and pool area cleaning.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and handle objects of various sizes and weights.
• Availability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with shifts from 7 am to 2 pm, 10 am to 5 pm, and 3 pm to 10 pm.
• At least 1 month of hotel or resort experience.
