Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking a banquet room attendant to prepare function spaces according to event orders and maintain clean, ready spaces for guests.

You will set up and test audio/visual equipment with external partners, manage service areas, and ensure storage and equipment are secure at day end. A team-oriented, guest-focused approach is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set up all function rooms per event order.
• Ensure audio/visual equipment is set up and functioning; coordinate with A/V partner.
• Keep banquet space and storage clean; return equipment at day end.
• Assist with moving bus pans and other setup tasks as required.

JOB SUMMARY

• Completely and efficiently clean and set up all function rooms according to customer specifications on event order.
• Make sure all audio/visual equipment is set up and functioning properly. Work with A/V Company to ensure.
• Make sure all items and banquet space are clean and in working order. Vacuum and shampoo carpet, dust walls and dividers and mop service area when needed.
• Return electrical equipment to banquet storage facility at the end of the day. Maintain a clean storage facility at all times.
• Promptly remove bus pans from function areas when full.
