Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, following service standards and the 3-steps of service. This non-lead role supports dining operations and collaborates with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and ensure a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless dining experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete daily duties and ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
