Job Overview

If you are an experienced Cook wishing to work alongside our passionate Executive Chef, look no further! Beautiful Zermatt Utah (aka Zermatt Resort & Spa) in Midway, Utah is seeking qualified, experienced Banquet Cooks to fill full-time & part-time positions.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with all aspects of food preparation (buffets & plated meals) and presentation for banquets & special events.
2. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef, as indicated on the BEOs.
3. Maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes.
4. Assist other cooks with preparation and setup for the restaurants, as needed.
5. Perform banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive or Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Some previous culinary experience required.
• Previous banquet cooking experience strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid Utah food handler permit.
