Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Ontario Convention Center Concessions/Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest service at concessions and banquet events. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service and a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS, assisting with setup and breakdown, and maintaining sanitation and inventory across events. Union membership is part of the employment condition at this location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months' work experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours.
• Strong guest service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional catering service at concessions and banquets.
• Accurately use the POS system during high guest volumes.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of event spaces and equipment.
• Maintain sanitation and ensure product quality throughout shifts.
