Job summary

Atrium Hospitality, owner and manager of the Albuquerque Embassy Suites, seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team for banquet and event operations.

You will train staff, ensure sanitation, manage dishware and inventories, and support setup and breakdown of service equipment.

Candidates should have stewarding experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior stewarding experience—familiar with cleaning processes, safety standards, and kitchen operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred—helps foster accountability and productivity.
• Current ServSafe Certification—demonstrates commitment to food safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule the stewarding team to align with banquet and event needs.
• Train and supervise associates in sanitation, dishwashing, and equipment handling procedures.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of kitchen prep, dish, and storage areas per health standards.
• Manage dishware and service inventory, ensuring usage efficiency and minimizing loss or breakage.
