What will I be doing?

A Banquet Steward will be responsible for collecting all service ware and allocating it according to the event order to support the function. Post-event, they will ensure proper cleanup by removing used items.

• Anticipate equipment needs based on the event order and count out supplies accordingly.
• Transport soiled ware to the wash area and return empty Queen Mary trucks to the bus area.
• Prepare coffee in quantities needed just before service.
• Set up equipment stations in designated areas to facilitate service staff operations.
• Establish bus stations in the service corridor for efficient operation.
