A high school diploma is required, with prior hospitality experience preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is essential to support hotel events and operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hospitality, especially setup, maintenance and cleaning of banquet spaces.
• Experience handling banquet furniture and equipment (tables, chairs, risers, lecterns) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and store meeting room supplies, including linens, pads, and other necessities.
• Vacuum floors and clean windows and walls to keep spaces immaculate.
• Assemble and disassemble banquet rooms and handle all equipment per guidelines.
• Prioritize and multitask departmental tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
• Address concerns from employees and guests with thoughtful, client-focused solutions.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with staff and guests.
• Move, store, and care for banquet equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, and lecterns.
• Assist in transporting visitors as a van driver and ensuring safe, timely travel.
• Uphold hospitality standards and comply with company rules and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as instructed by management to support hotel operations.
