Highgate Hotels in Greenville, SC is seeking a Banquet Set Up Staff member for full-time, hourly work at Grand Bohemian Lodge Greenville. The role involves setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting meeting events with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with staff to ensure timely setup, stocking supplies, and safely handling equipment. The position requires physical stamina and flexible hours to cover events as needed.

Qualificações

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the correct and timely set up of all Banquet Event Order functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout banquet spaces and storage areas.
• Maintain banquet storeroom stocked with supplies for meetings or food service.
• Breakdown after functions and store equipment and supplies properly.
• Transport and store tables, chairs, and other equipment.
• Refresh meeting rooms as needed.
• Notify management of hazards.
• Handle items for Lost and Found per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
