Concord is hiring Banquet Set-Up staff for on-site events at Moon Township, PA. Pay starts at $12.00 per hour for part-time roles, with opportunities to support hotel banquet operations during busy events.

This is a fast-paced team environment where guest satisfaction matters. You will set up and break down spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, attend to guest needs, keep public areas clean, ensure supplies and equipment are ready, and report maintenance promptly.

Qualifications

• Requires full mobility, continuous movement and heavy lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently
• Eye for detail; team player; flexible hours to align with hotel events

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order
• Attend to guest needs during events
• Maintain clean appearance of public spaces throughout the event
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment and report repairs promptly
