Atrium Hospitality is hiring at the Concord Embassy Suites in Concord, NC for a full-time events support role. You will set up and break down banquet rooms according to event orders, keep spaces guest-ready, and assist with transportation of supplies and service tasks.

You’ll be the welcoming presence for guests throughout events. The role requires stamina, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a team-first attitude, with nights, weekends, and holidays part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Meticulous eye for detail to maintain event setup quality.
• Strong communication with team and kitchen.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative attitude for large events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders.
• Maintain clean, guest-ready event spaces throughout the day.
• Transport supplies and materials as needed.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
• Be the friendly face guests remember and resolve small issues.
