The Resort at Longboat Key Club in Longboat Key, FL is seeking a full-time Banquet Set-up team member. You will prepare and arrange banquet spaces to meet event specifications, ensuring flawless service in an elegant resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or event setup experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company insurance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Assist with the timely and efficient setup and breakdown of banquet events.
• Collaborate with banquet and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and storage.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to event needs and requests.
