Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is a plus but not required.
• Hospitality or related industry experience.
• Previous experience in high-volume, fine dining bar-tending or banquet bar-tending.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Complete orders for beverages and supplies.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Wash bar glasses/dishes.
• Check IDs for all guests and comply with state and federal laws.
• Demonstrates effective sales techniques to up-sell food and beverage products.
• Respond to questions and special requests.
• Provide information and directions.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
