Qualifications

• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to read BEOs and set up for each function.

Responsibilities

• Service, set-up and break down assigned functions in a safe, accident-free manner.
• Set tables and buffets with proper equipment and presentation.
• Keep buffet stations neat and clean.
• Help Banquet Captain with setup/breaking down banquet events.
• Greet and serve guests following policy and procedures.
