Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Banquet Setup team member for the Hilton Frontenac in Saint Louis, MO.

You will set up and break down banquet spaces, read BEOs, operate equipment, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout events. A high school diploma and hospitality experience preferred; flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in banquet or food service operations preferred.
• Ability to read BEOs and operate required equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces according to event requirements.
• Assist with buffets, plating areas, and breaking down after events.
• Greet guests and provide courteous service during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and equipment.
• Complete event paperwork and assist team as needed.
