Job summary

Hilton Rosemont is seeking a Banquet Houseperson/Banquet Set-Up to set up and maintain banquet spaces in accordance with hotel standards. The role includes cleaning, organizing, and assisting with functions while supporting banquet management.

The position requires lifting and mobility throughout shifts, with duties spanning room setup, service, and occasional furniture movement to accommodate events. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
• Must be able to bend, lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean and maintain meeting and banquet rooms following hotel standards.
• Clean and set meeting rooms and banquet functions per specifications and BEOs, including furniture and supply handling.
• Service meetings by removing trash, replenishing water and straightening chairs as needed.
• Move furniture and locate convention materials as requested by banquet management.
