Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down function rooms per BEO and SOPs.
• Assist banquet staff before, during, and after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet offices, storerooms, and equipment.
• Stock banquet supplies and ensure parts of function rooms are clean, stocked, and ready.
• Coordinate food service timing and transport banquet meals to function rooms.
• Report issues to Banquet Manager and follow through on tasks.
