Job summary

Grand Hotel | Autograph Collection in Point Clear, AL, is seeking a Back Aisle Attendant to support banquet functions. The role involves preparing the back service area, organizing equipment per BEO, and assisting in setting up and breaking down events while maintaining cleanliness of service aisles.

You will collaborate with Banquet staff and be ready to replenish supplies and transport items as needed, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction during events.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting banquet operations preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for operating golf carts if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare back service area for banquets and coordinate with Banquet staff.
• Organize equipment per Banquet Event Order and Captain/Chef instructions.
• Replenish china, glassware, silverware, and linen supplies as needed.
• Transport food and service items from kitchen to event locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service aisles and equipment.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down events and breaking down tables.
• Assist service staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages at proper temperatures.
