Job summary

Atrium is hiring for a hospitality role focused on event setup and guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with preparing meeting and banquet spaces, restocking and refreshing guest areas, and supporting food and beverage service to ensure a smooth experience throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, comfortable on their feet most of the shift, and committed to teamwork with Kitchen and event staff to deliver outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in guest-facing roles.
• Strong teamwork and communication in busy events.
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
• Help transport boxes, programs, décor and supplies.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
• Be the friendly face guests remember and solve small issues with a smile.
