Qualifications

• Knowledge of equipment and setup styles for meeting rooms.
• Ability to lift and move tables, chairs and podiums up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications and maintain cleanliness.
• Transport and arrange staging items and furniture between storage and rooms.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Break down rooms after events and return supplies to storage.
• Maintain the cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms.
