Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet spaces by setting up and taking down tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Arrange rooms for weddings, meetings, parties and events according to Cherokee Standard.
• Assist in serving food items as needed and maintain service areas.
• Clean and organize banquet rooms, hallways, storage areas, and equipment.
• Inventory and care for banquet supplies; refresh rooms between events.
• Assist with event preparation, room resets, and general event support.
